I love veldskoen shoes, but buying online has been a horrific experience!
I purchased and paid for a pair of heritage shoes for my brother's birthday but was contacted to say they were out of stock. We negotiated a different pair that cosy R300 less. I was told I would be refunded the difference.
It took 2 months and countless emails to get this done! False promises, different hoops to jump through, and I guess, a hope that I would just leave it.
I am so, so sad over this terrible experience.
