It was easy to order, came fairly quickly, easy video to follow. I do not like the fact that it does not fit my GEM jars.

I saw this product and hesitated to purchase it because I was skeptical about the claims the ad made. After seeing there was a 30 day return policy, I decided to go for it because I could always return it. The Mason Genie arrived quickly, directly to my home in 5 days, after I placed the order. I don't think I will be needing to return it.
