Received the Mason Genie and some extra chalkboard lids/chalk pens. The package was initially ripped when delivered, and was missing some lids, but the customer service was awesome and sent them right out. Works really good. I bought some 64 oz mason jars and sealed some dry items (oats, pancake mix). Very impressed. I would buy it again.

I dislike the pressure to buy additional Mason Genies to give as gifts before I've even had a chance to try the product to see if I liked it, but I selected three stars instead of fewer because it was fairly quick to order, and I received the package promptly.
