I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back, and still have never received my order. Why don't you answer your emails when a customer tries to reach out and let you know they never received their product???? First time customer, NOT happy at all!

Unfortunately, I tried another brand, Twisted Dough, before I found Mr Coco, and hands down, Mr Coco is FAR superior!! I wish I would have found them first, and not wasted the money on the former, which is grainy and flavors are 'fake' tasting!! And, by the way, it has been months, and their CS has NEVER responded to my emails!!
Mr Coco is SOOO worth the money, and the flavors are addicting!!!
