I thought that this was a scam after receiving a text message stating that my product was delivered and it was not. When I contacted your customer support email, they were not helpful. As a result I submitted a credit card fraud, but eventually received the product, so I reversed the claim an accepted the charge. You need to figure out what it going on with the communications and delivery process of your product. Not a pleasant experience.
