Giving 3/5 because during ordering there must have been something wrong with the website as it was saying no delivery to any address I put in. I ended up being able to put in a P.O. Box. Harappa emailed me promptly to inform me that they were unable to deliver to a P.O. Box and to submit a different address. I was able to give them my home address and the playpen was delivered without any problems! If I could have put my address in at the beginning it would’ve been great.
