We have identified two serious safety concerns with your playpen product and urge you to take immediate corrective action:
1. Residual Foam Particles from Packaging
The foam used inside the packaging easily breaks apart and becomes lodged in the playpen’s structure, making it extremely difficult to clean thoroughly. Even after several weeks of use, we continue to find foam particles. This poses a potential choking or inhalation hazard, especially for infants with developing respiratory systems.
