The customer service was excellent! I reached out quite a few times with lots of questions, and every single time they responded quickly and with clear answers. I even asked about the added tariffs (which they don’t control) because I was curious if I’d need to pay them at the end. Luckily, I didn’t have to pay anything extra when shipping to the US, though I’m not sure how long that will last.
