The customer service was excellent! I reached out quite a few times with lots of questions, and every single time they responded quickly and with clear answers. I even asked about the added tariffs (which they don’t control) because I was curious if I’d need to pay them at the end. Luckily, I didn’t have to pay anything extra when shipping to the US, though I’m not sure how long that will last. Either way, they were patient, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
