I placed my order on November 16th, 2025. My order was delivered on December 9th, 2025 (23 days later). The Founder, Alexander Penrose, emailed me on November 18th. The email stated that the "Black Friday offer went absolutely crazy", meaning that my order was delayed because every scent sold out. Due to the advertising, I thought that the Penrose Skin Body Butter would be worth the wait. I was terribly incorrect and disappointed. EVERY SCENT SMELLED HORRIBLE.

First off, they sent me the wrong item. When I tried to reach customer service, they just completely ignored me.
Second, the actual container is way, way smaller than they showed in the ad. It feels like a rip-off.
And seriously, the scent only lasts for a miserable couple of hours, maybe less. It's useless!
I really wish I could send this back and get my money, but I guess I'm stuck with it. I will never buy from them again!
