There was a delay in shipping which is just part of the issue. I was expecting a redeeming factor in the scent and quality of the product. I could barely smell anything from all three jars. And the little bit of scent is not very appealing and of course does not last for 12 hours. The initial scent gets worse after a couple of hours. The advertisements were very misleading.
