CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. STUPID A.I. RESPONSES IN CHAT'S. PEOPLE THAT PROMISE A CONTACT AND IT NEVER SHOWS UP

Product is okay, business model is unethical and apparently includes undisclosed subscriptions to multiple refill product lines.

When I purchased it ...it said it came with set of refills. No e came with it and when I as k ed about it they said that the replacement pieces were the ones that came with it. They meant "replacable"! False description. Misleading customers.

It was hard to get this company to stop sending me stuff, I finally got it done ‼️‼️🛑 Your company sure does not make it easy to stop

The shopping was good. The packaging was less than ideal. The package was open when it arrived. Some of the “free” gifts were lost because of this. When I complained about the packaging I was told I needed to take a photo of everything I received and you would consider what to do. I don’t care about the “free gifts” I do care that your packaging was so poorly done.

Untimely interaction and response for customer service.

I was supposed to get 2 of grape, 2 of cherry and 2 of spearmint. Instead I received 2 grape and 4 spearmint drops. Not what I ordered.

I was on an automatic shipment, but called and got it cancelled. Response was fast.

Happy enough that the warranty was fulfilled and I was sent a replacement for my faulty product. Sad that the new replacement was inferior to the original one I had.

You cannot shop. You just get orders put together and it may not even be a time when you need them sent. Let your customer control orders.

You replaced one defective device with another defective device as far as I can tell. I'm very sorry I ever spent money with your company.

Beware any purchases S it may link you into a irreversible contract.

This is not a good product. And I have asked to have my subscription canceled, and to unsubscribed from emails, and I am still getting from y'all.

for some reason I ordered a second flosser, still wondering what I'm supposed to do with 2, probably share with a family or friend the hygienist loved how clean my plaque is and said i could wait for 6 months to return

It was fine. I felt that It was a bit misleading about what the brush-flosser could do.

The order came promptly and delivered safely. All the items were delivered as promised! I’m really excited to see them in action!

It took a long time yo receive my order. After only a few uses the mouthpiece piece ripped. I was pleased with the quick response receiving a replacement.
