I canceled my “subscription” in January. You have continued to send me packages of your product. Please refund me the cost of the supplies and the restocking fee.

I have made two requests to cancel my subscription to Puursmile. I do not want to continue getting these items each month. No one has taken care of this request. I will be calling my credit card company and having them deny any charges made by you against my account. This is a simple request and should have been handled the first month I asked for it to be canceled. Here we are at two requests and still no action on your part.

Just the lag in time with reporting the issue, and getting a resolution.
