The service has been wonderful

I initially bought Puur Smile to replace my previous flosser. I think that it is more powerful than my previous one. I also bought it because it didn’t come with a cord attached. However, I find the design of it makes it difficult to use. Stop sending me accessories I don’t need or want!

Again, somehow I am on an ‘automatic re-order’ program when I NEVER agree to this type of commitment. Please cancel?

It was delivered on time. When I had issue with charging unit. This was rectified by issuing a replacement.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE & A SCHEMING COMPANY WHO STARTS A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT CLEARLY STATING THAT ANYWHERE WHEN PURCHASING AN ITEM. TRULY DISGUSTING

Auto renewal is a scam. Should be able to order what you want when you want, NOT be auto shipments! Customer service does not cancel when requested. Cannot easily cancel or remove card info or close out account

Forced subscriptions made me want to return the whole package. I was afraid if I returned the product I would still be sent the subscriptions I did not want to begin with. I am still unsure if the subscriptions are canceled! It’s not been a good experience buying from puursmile, I wish I would’ve bought a waterpick.
