I wish I could return it

My order arrived quickly and was as described on the website. I love that you get free shipping and extra products for free.

I’m tired of having to ask over and over again for the cable to charge the appliance. Better yet, connect me with a human!

A worthless piece of junk

Learning the ropes has been an experience in itself. I sprayed it all over my face, bathroom counter and mirror LOL. But I am practicing in my shower to keep the splattering down until I can get proficient. I do recommend this product.

Easy to order and fast delivery, but it does not live up to the claim that it easily removes hardened plaque.

I was signed up without my knowledge for a monthly subscription on refills for a water pick that I purchased. It must have been in the fine print when I purchased the water pick. The site says refunds will be given 90% with a 10% restocking fee. I attempted to refund the subscription order. After TWENTY emails I was finally offered a 50% discount to just keep the order and I accepted it to just end the tedious process. I do not recommend purchasing from this company due to severe lack of quality

The ordering process was fast and easy. The only complaint i have is the automatic subscription. I wasn't aware that I'd be charged every month for replacement attachments. Once I notified the company they handled it in a professional manner

I placed a one time order but ended up in a subscription. I have emailed and called the company several times. They don’t answer calls. I did get an email response stating they would cancel my subscription, yet I just got billed again for another month! They have not given me shipping labels to return the product they have already sent that I requested refunds on. It never ends with them!!

I like the product & was recently at the dentist and was told by the hygienist that I had very little plaque on my teeth which was nice to hear. And I only use it 3-4 days a week.

Great. Ordered 2 but somehow accidentally must have ordered a 3rd one. Contacted company which responded right away and they refunded me for the 3rd one.

I do not care for auto shipped items. If I wish to purchase something, I will. Thanks to your ignoring my requests to cancel these orders, I will no longer be paying for them and I will not order any ever again.

I was very excited because i have 2 other kinds and i was hoping this would be the best but so far it’s the worst! It’s the battery! You’d think for a water flosser i wouldn’t have to keep it plugged in because my others last a long time.
