Items shipped to me without authorization. Not happy about that.

I was very excited because i have 2 other kinds and i was hoping this would be the best but so far it’s the worst! It’s the battery! You’d think for a water flosser i wouldn’t have to keep it plugged in because my others last a long time.

I have no recollection of ordering, or receiving these products. Please stop now

I like 5he product. I just don't want to be hit up with outrageous charges each month. I prefer to order product as needed. NOT to uave 5hem delivered to my door each and every month. Especially since I am not going to need items replaced every month.

Horrible, if it was a good product It would sell itself vs. riping people off each month.

Getting a response to emails takes way too long. Sometimes it takes days before I get an answer back so I’m not really happy with your customer service

This company will scam you....be careful....there are others that will treat you more respectfully

Good marketing but very unrealistic probably ai created videos of scum coming off of peoples tongue/teeth and that’s definitely not the result I get from the product.

Item came quickly after it was ordered.

I did not renew any subscription and your company has charged me 166.32 without my authorization. I have cancelled the subscription that I did not even authorize because you would keep charging me.

Water goes everywhere, I can’t seems to be able to use it and I don’t like the subscription cause I can’t cancel it!

I was playing words with friends in the ad showed up and I just took a chance. I also saw it on Facebook ads. I’m glad I did because so far. I am so happy with it and especially it’s so easy to clean.

Packaged delivered to wrong location but customer service did offer assistance via email. Just not thrilled with the product.
