I don’t like automatic shipment without approval and notification

When communicating about a refund for the probiotic lozenges I get a response about a completely different product.

I never wanted but 1 sample that was a one time purchase. Do not send anything else and do not charge to my card anymore Stop sending anything at all. !!!!!! It is fraudulous of you to send without permission. Stop sending Now. This is the third request !!!!!!!

I’ve tried to cancel four times and keep getting charged

I ordered a 3 pack of the Floss Drops to continue using them. I didn’t realize it was an automatic lender so unexpectedly I received a second 3 pack way too soon. I asked for the automatic order to be canceled and am waiting for confirmation. Thank you

You are sending me things I don't need on a monthly basis - bamboo toothbruth, more picks, drops, etc.

When my first flosser broke, they sent me a replacement with just a photo to validate what happened. It arrived promptly.

It was easy to shop and order the product I received it fairly quickly

Easy to purchase on line but I need to cancel my subscription to the monthly supply replenishment. For some reason I have sent email twice but the stuff continues to come. I haven’t even opened the last 4 shipments.

Kids these days may like these automatic subscription models purchases! Nop! A purchase of a seemingly great product should be just that. Subscriptions should be sold separately with explicit consent, not embedded in fine-prints.

I wanted to cancel and was given any option but. Making it difficult to cancel something that stated one could cancel anytime has led me to let others know what my experience has been.

Customer service is fantastic!

The larger water well base makes it hard to use. I've had other toothbrush with water well separate and that worked so much better. The large base makes it hard to manipulate the unit in my hand.

I cancelled my account with you and you still continued to ship products. Your notification of shipments always came after the product was shipped. I no longer want to do business with your company. I have been charged for 3 shipments after I cancelled my subscription.

Scam. when I ordered a simple water flosser, I ended up signed up for a subscription service to the tune of $100 a month...then they had the nerve to try to tell me they couldn't cancel the subscription. Scam.

Too many times I received the whitening gel that wasn't in a package.
