Too many times I received the whitening gel that wasn't in a package.

For some reason my original flosser developed a crack in the water reservoir and after confirming this the company made it right immediately. I couldn't be happier with the customer service!

SCAM AND SHAM!!

I now have 2 of the units, I had forgotten that I had ordered the package special, and ordered another. the next day the first order showed up, after a shipping delay, and then a few days later another entire package showed up.

My general experience with PuurSmile was excellent. The products were easy to use, effective, and high quality. The electronic toothbrush provided a deep clean, and the whitening kit helped make my teeth look brighter. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend PuurSmile to others.Si

Seems like it not working when I pull it back to look it starts working, its irritating I like my cordless waterpix better it lasted 4 years. I don't know if l can deal with trying to get this to work properly

Because I can’t get a response regarding my request to return the product, I think it’s a scam.

As I have said in three previous reviews. I only received the flosser and brushes. My original order was never received. When you sent a replacement I only got the flosser and brushes. So until this is taken care of i will continue to give the worst reviews. You advertise one thing at such a fantastic deal. But you dont send it. Bait and switch.

I do not see a noticeable difference using this waterpic. I will continue regardless for now.

Shipping was reasonably quick, the price was great and the free gifts made it a wonderful deal!

Adding a subscription service to orders is not good business practice. I did not want a subscription until I had a chance to decide if I liked your product enough to want to subscribe. Lack of ability to generate a return outside of you can refuse deliver, the order shipped is unacceptable.

Can't get a refund or return if you tried the flosser. Try to up sell other items. Subscription is ridiculous. Price is way to high!

They shipped within a couple of days, so I received it rather quickly.

The experience with the purchase and customer service has been very good. The product is does not mechanically work and I can buy a competitor's product for less money and get better quality.
