Wrong item was initially received, and the ensuing battle to get the correct item delivered almost lead to a legal battle. With the assistance of a Facebook Atomstack group associate the order was re-shipped and received as it should have been and my only extra cost was severe stress over a potential $929 loss and 2 weeks of down-time.

Did not have everything I wanted at the time of ordering but they were sold out.

From purchase to creating the A70 Max has been amazing.

in all the pictures there is a cable channel that contains the connection cables from the y-axis to the laser head, running along the x-axis. Of course it is missing from the package that arrived. and now how do I use the laser without cutting the cables while using it??? it all seemed very nice but this is a big omission!

Sucked ass. I also needed some window lenses, but I had to get them from another site. Then y'all keep asking for a review of a Christmas present before it was even opened. It's still not open. Don't be so pushy for a review next time. If I want to give you a good one, I will. If you push it, you won't like my response.

My friend got 70 w so that is why I got mine. He was doing amazing things with his and that is my goal. The buying experience was good, no problems except the unboxing instructions were horrible. It would be great if there was a detailed youtube video that explained everything.

The fact that they splited the international website with the EU website because I lost all my points on the atomstack.com site now that I am forcefully redirected to EU.atomstack.com and cannot buy anymore for EU from the main website atomstack.com. I want jointed account will all the included benefits.

I had ordered an extra piece that was already part of the bundle I bought and the customer service rep called me to confirm that I actually wanted an extra of that piece. That's awesome!

The website was easy to navigate and order from and my order arrived promptly within 7 days.

See my previous description of getting a pro bundle that includes a cutting board that is not compatible and AtomStack is not willing to correct this.

Ordered 3 things all at once. The two things I have received came separately about a week or 2 a part. I ordered the newest honeycomb but had to settle for an older version just to actually receive one. My air assist is still yet to get here, order says “will ship mid-November” and we are now into December and I haven’t received or heard anything from anyone on the status of it. So far the machine as a whole seems like it will be alright but atomstack the company itself could use some work.
