Ordered 3 things all at once. The two things I have received came separately about a week or 2 a part. I ordered the newest honeycomb but had to settle for an older version just to actually receive one. My air assist is still yet to get here, order says “will ship mid-November” and we are now into December and I haven’t received or heard anything from anyone on the status of it. So far the machine as a whole seems like it will be alright but atomstack the company itself could use some work.

The laser and most of the items arrived in a timely manner but the height adjustment screw was missing, the camera doesn't work on either my laptop or desk top and the waffle mat has been delayed, I still don't have it. Communicating with AtomStack is frustrating because there is no customer service phone number and you have to wait days for a response to an email and there is a language barrier, and or I kinda feel like I'm getting the run around. I've asked repeatedly for the missing screw and I've sent multiple photos showing where it should be, also I've asked multiple times for the information to send the camera back for a refund with no response to that. I did however get an email saying the waffle mat has shipped and a tracking number so there's that. As for the laser itself I love it.
