I placed an order online; it was a very simple process and i received a call when my order arrived at the post office for collection.

Waiting is long

I didn't mean to, but somehow they got me on a monthly purchase plan, and did not provide a way to cancel it. Arghh!

Takes ages to arrive and not worth it , overpriced

It was frustrating trying to get in contact with customer service at this company. It took them days to answer emails & never answered my chat messages. Total lack of customer care. Beware: when you purchase this product once you are automatically signed up to a subscription without your knowledge or permission & money debited from your bank account without notice. I contacted them within minutes of the 2nd order notification & payment debited from my bank to cancel but they said can’t cancel

Unable to cancel monthly orders and not informing that it is a monthly payment when you pay. Unable to get in contact with customer support. Overall a scam company and very bad service

After taking your money TheInner will ignore every single communication if you need to contact them for any reason. Avoid this duplicitous organisation.

Terrible. I feel like you tricked me into signing up for a monthly subscription that I didn’t want. I thought I was only buying one order, not signing up to pay for something monthly.
