Not again

No one replies or cancels my subscription. Please can you confirm it’s done.

I was signed up for a subscription despite not being made aware this was the process at the checkout, no response from customer services when I asked them to clarify why the receipt had come up as a 'subscription'. Inevitably got charged for a dud product twice.

It took ages before receiving the product

I have never received my package and yet I even payed for shipping to get it on earlier date

I placed an order for TheInner Co Natural Deodorant supplement on the 12th September with order number #2111. It was delivered, however it was another brand, what was delivered was Body magic supplements instead of Natural Deodorant Supplements by TheInner Co, it looks so different from what I ordered on the website, it doesn’t even have TheInner co written on it, different brand entirely, not exactly what is on the website. Please I need my exact order delivered. I don’t feel comfortable.

Very disappointed, they sent me cheap things from eBay instead of TheInnerCo brand that I paid for. They sent me a different brand more than half price then TheInnerCo. I was scammed 😞. They don't want to refund or return items.
