I ordered cups from JL Franklin‘s on December 10th and it said they were gonna arrive December 19th so we ordered these for a Christmas gift for our families and we only receive them January 14th I asked them to cancel the order and I wanted my money back but they didn’t offer me a discount or anything. The cups itself were nice but the customer service is very poor.
