The first round of cups that I got was actually not the highest quality I emailed their support team on a Saturday and they got back to me before the end of the day with a new order being placed the New order that came in looks great their high quality and I'm excited about it.
But take away that you should have from this is that they stand by their product and when they when they screw up they fix it so buy from them.
