I’ve been shopping w/ Serious Player Only since their first release w/ the Player One yellow “pre-edition”, and it has been a hassle free experience. I was tired of all the resale prices for Kobe’s and really invested in purchasing from SPO because it literally is the modern Kobe. Contacting customer service has been easy, and they really listen to what the consumer wants.

There seem to be problems in communication. What changes have been made to the orders with customer service are not reflected in my account nor confirmed via email. Shipping info is misattributed to wrong orders. Customer service is difficult to reach and provides little assurances. Status seems to change to "fulfilled" despite it still being entirely in the hands of Serious Player Only.
