Absolute worst return policy in the industry! Had to send a bunch of pics over multiple emails. You advertise "easy returns", but that is VERY far from the truth. On top of the hassle, I had to pay to have them shipped back = $97.59! Outrageous! The shoes just didn't fit my son. It shouldn't be so hard to return since you can't try them on before purchase.
