I require shoes with removable insoles so that I may insert my own orthopaedic insoles, and nowhere on the website did it specify that the shoes’ insoles are permanently built into the shoes.
When I emailed the company saying that they should have this specified on the website since it is a pretty significant detail they implied that the fault was with me for not choosing orthopaedic shoes. I was told by my doctors that most shoes have removable insoles, so I find it strange that in a rare instance where this isn’t they case they choose not to specify such (even after I bring up that it caused a customer of theirs issues).
