I love these boots. It's a nice wax leather(Olive) with nice changing shades. Have many high end quality boots, and these are just awesome. I usually wear 9.5 EE in quality boots(Red Wings, Whites, Nicks), since Luos don't have wide size, they recommended the 10 E, and it just fit perfect with the wright snugness to expand and form to the foot shape. Boots are fantastic. Smart, sophisticated yet grounded. I've used them as my only shoe for the last two weeks travelling around Vietnam. Great, well built pair of boots for a fraction of what Alden’s cost. They feel pretty close to my Alden Indy’s. I would prefer the quarters to be slightly smaller so they do not get close to touching when I lace up the boots. I have always been somewhat on the fence with this kind of boots but these won me over for some reason. It might be the fact that the toe is a tad lower and less boxy as with most other moc toes. I also appreciate the feel under foot of a solid sole and heel preferably made of leather. After taking a few steps in these boots, I find I rather like it.
