Returns were difficult

Note- Took me a while to figure out where the bulbs go...it is not in the instructions. But it does come with white gloves...you need to carefully open the center area and voila' you will see where they go. Friends really like the fixture.

They treated me well, I would recommend they improve communication a bit.

Communication is minimal as are updates which is quite frustrating when you're paying a certain amount of money for something.

The photo online and what came was not the same.

My lamp was super the wrong address. The people kept it, and I had to pay for it. I know my own address however they claim I had it shipped to an address that I never heard of before my life in a different state. Clearly something fishy is going on.

Poor quality

I don't like the light I purchased and even though on your site it says 'easy returns', this is NOT true. You charge a very high restocking fee of up to 50% of purchase plus it will cost me almost $200 to ship back.

Initially had the wrong order...but was corrected. Also, delivered to the wrong address...but luckily it was a neighbor and were able to retrieve it.

Didn’t get my free gift that was supposed to be included in my order.

Unresponsive for long periods of time. Completely messed up the shipping on my first lamp order (I never got it). Charged me $185 just to return a lamp.

I receive the light within a week, so surprised. Just great all around.

Very nice

I ordered three lights on August 11th. Two arrived at different times in October, but I am still waiting for the third (and most expensive) light. To say that I am disappointed is a complete understatement. I reached out in October and was told that the light is on its way. But according to tracking, it is still in transit, whatever that means. Kindly ship me the light I have already paid for, or refund me the money!!!
