This FLO Pilates “reformer” is a cheaply made piece of plastic that feels nothing like what was advertised. It’s flimsy, low quality, and not worth the money. Even worse, I was charged for a subscription I never knowingly approved. There is no working customer service number, and they do not respond to messages submitted through their website.
