Poor customer service to address my issue. I got maybe a response once a week if I was lucky and had to put in multiple inquiries. Also I never got my giftcard and when I was trying to remedy this and refund my subscription the story kept changing on what I was being charged and why. I paid $180 but was told I was charged $129 then I was told I was charged $29 and they offered me $20 as a refund.

Customer service stinks and still no partial refund after a week.

Not happy i have been trying to return the plank that arrived with missing pièce, i was charged a souscription I never asked for! I have been trying to have the product return and everything rembourser....I have never seen a bad service and the expérience is terrible! I wish I had never ordered this!!!!

Got tricked into paying for monthly subscription. Not obvious that it’s there. Feels like you do it on purpose. First person said no to refund. Second person did full refund. I did not even have the unit and you expected me to do a 14 day trial. So sad on your end.

I like the machine. Have had trouble with customer service. I did not receive the $25.00 gift card that was part of the purchase package.

The worst customer experience ever.

The lady helped me out when my reformer didn’t come for two months. She informed me that the color wasn’t in stock ( which someone should have reached out about) and she fixed the order so that I could get another one asap.

Too many emails and texts, it seems like there is at least one text and one email per day, too in your face.

Terrible customer service but the product has been fine. The app and videos aren't great or super user-friendly, but their good enough for days in between my workout classes. The ability to fold it and get it out of the way is huge.

Long delivery

Thievery. I was charged $129 for a subscription I never signed up for or used. Support completely ghosted me after I refused their partial refund offer, despite their advertised 99-day refund policy. Still no full refund or confirmation of cancellation. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate with my bank and file formal complaints. Completely unacceptable.

Customer service sucks. I have emailed numerous times and have not heard back from anyone. You advertise a return guarantee but you don’t provide any customer service. I changed my mind, I haven’t used the reformer and I would like to return…but I haven’t received any help from customer service at all. Frustrating and disappointing!!

I’m really disappointed because the promotion clearly stated that the Flo machine set came with free service, but I was still charged $139.99. I explained this when I reached out, yet the charge went through anyway. This isn’t what was advertised, and it feels unfair.
