I had some issues come up and needed to return the item to get my money back. Return policy is a joke, you have to jump through hoops then they tell you it’s a waste of time.

Terrible experience was charged for an annual membership fee without consent items being with missing parts and customer service was not responsive at a time, manner . I would never order from here again.

You charged me for two apps when I didn’t want it. I bought an equipment which I didn’t received. I asked for a refund for the apps, didn’t receive it when one of you said I will get the refund in 24-48 hrs. It’s been more than 2-3 weeks now. So no, really bad experience and still waiting for my refund.

It is completely underhanded and slimy for a company to hide the fact that the 14-day free trial for the pilates app starts on the day of purchase instead of you activating it yourself when your device arrives and you can actually use it. They hid it in long documents that I no longer have access to when I went through the purchase process. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. I called their phone number multiple times, no answer. I emailed and contacted through the website, only AI respo

Super easy straight forward

Warning - you'll be charged in full for the app even if you never download it and set up an account. They charged me $149 even though the website said after the 14 days they charge $9.99 monthly. The website photo shows a line through the $149 charge as though it's free - it's a lie. Total scam, shop elsewhere.

Workouts did not show the system I bought.( and it was new)

I am so frustrated with your company! You have terrible customer service! I never received the reformer! AND I was shocked when I was charged an ANNUAL fee for the app. This was very unclear and deceptive! I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I have contacted you multiple times trying to resolve this. Your response time is very slow, and my problem isn't directly addressed. I'm extremely frustrated and dissatisfied!

So expensive for what you get. Never got the $25 voucher. Hassle to cancel the app subscription, app is useless without subscription.

I’m happy with the equipment, but the app is not user friendly and it discourages me from wanting to do a workout. I spend my time annoyed with the app instead of enjoying the workout.

This company just totally ripped me off. I have a box that I opened and didn’t even take anything out of and you would not let me return it for a decent price. You need to refund me the whole amount of my purchase.

I dislike how they set you up with a "free trial" of their membership that auto renews so that if you forget to cancel it, you pay an large sum for something you won't really use. Just a scummy practice.
