Love the product and easy to use.

Experience has been awful. Poor customer service responses. Didn’t ship Pilate smacking for over 2 weeks. Charged me 139 for annual subscription fee before I even got the machine. Been saying for a month I’m getting the at refunded but have yet to get the refund or for you to reply to my email for status. Would not recommend this product or company to anyone. Just awful.

Fast and easy ordering and shipping

I’m being charged for a monthly subscription I did not sign up for

I haven't had time to use the machine or the app yet. My household has been ill and I've been taking care of others. I was pleased with shipping time. The product arrived in an attractive, well made box. I never downloaded nor used the app but was charged for a yearly subscription after a "trial" period ended. A trial should begin until I initiate downloading of the app, but apparently that is not the case with this company. I reached out via chat but my issue has not been resolved.

Poor communication and sneaky/hidden subscription commitment

Not professional or easy response from staff.

Lesson learned to not order anything off of Facebook again.

Ignored, no one responds to my emails.

Ordering was easy, but I am missing my $25 gift card included in my reformer kit and was shipped the wrong color of exercise ball, which I am in the process of getting resolved.

It is isn't easy to use, very wonky, waste of money.

Making it extremely difficult returning the product. Basically impossible.

I was charged for the app without any real info about how it works. 14 day free trial was started before I could even use it. Customer service was a nightmare. I never received the gift card I was supposed to. And I still haven’t received the refund I was offered. All around a bad business. My one positive is that the reformer is working on my abs, if nothing else.

Issues with automatic enrollment and a disappointing app.

Never got my order. It’s been over a month. Company doesn’t communicate. AI responses, days without even getting a response.

I’m not all that interested and wonder if I wasted money. I might use the app this summer but I don’t like that I have no control over when I’ll be charged for another year.

Worst experience ever !! I ordered a reformer on March 1st with a promised 7-day delivery, but it never arrived. Customer support couldn't provide any updates on its status, so I requested a full refund. Despite my firm cancellation, they repeatedly tried to offer other options. Weeks later, they informed me the item was stuck at the US-Mexico border and tried to ship it anyway, offering gift cards to get me to accept it. This has been the worst experience, and I strongly don't recommend it

App should not be required for use

Very unclear communication, pushy emails, and you made it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription I no longer want.

Missing the $25 gift card was not in the box I received

Never got my product and they kept charging me for the app even after I got my credit card to credit it and thwarted a month and did it again

The shopping online was fantastic and easy.
