They never answer questions when you ask

I only agreed to one charge and they charged me twice which was a problem.

My app doesn't work correctly. Customer service is useless and they charge you for the app 10 days from placing the order even if you hadn't downloaded the app at that time

Poor response time w/questions. I've had the machine going on 1 month, maybe more & haven't useed it yet as I don;t have access to the APP.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing the Fly Pilates Home Reformer. Despite receiving a confirmation that the reformer had been delivered to my home, nothing ever arrived. It took three full weeks before anyone responded to my emails, and that was only after I sent five messages trying to get help. I finally received were generic and offered no real solutions, very AI. To this day, no one has been able to resolve my issue.

Ordering was easy and shipment came when we were told it would be here.

Need more communication with navigation of set up and use of the board. I bascially trouble shooted by myself and went to You Tube for guidance.

The manual included could have been better crafted to help beginners start with a few signature moves/poses. Yes, there are other ways to learn w/modern technology at our fingertips but if the manual will be included anyway, it should be reviewed for accuracy/readability and developed with customer success in mind.

Not nearly the amount of guided videos to use with the at home pilates board. Many of the videos require a machine you would find in an actual pilates studio.

I was charged for the subscription even though I had paid for the package that came with it. I contacted customer service but I have not heard from anyone.

Overall, the flo Pilates purchase was simplistic. Just beware that if you purchase the flow Pilates app it starts the day of rather than when you get your machine.

Awful! Every aspect

Never received my socks or my $25 gift card. Got charged for the yearly subscription before I even started the two week trial period. Crappy company.

Been waiting for 2 months for a refund of returned board and subscription. Horrible customer service.

The product assumes you know how to put it together and use. It was not clear that I have to pay monthly for the exercises. All I am asking is a few photos of how the flo pilates can be used at home without paying for videos.

Easy to work with and everything was "as advertised"

Terrible customer service!!!

I was charged for an entire year on the app way before the free trial ended. I cancels it because I did not want to be charged any further. The free trial was supposed to continue and it ended immediately. The cost of year for the app is a different price every where I look. Very disappointed and feel scammed.

Definitely misleading and a scam

I was promised a refund for your subscription a month ago and it has not been processed.

I would never order another thing from Flo Pilates. I will make sure no one I know will ever order from this company as if there's a rip off.

Took forever to respond and took ages to even get my board and was charged the subscription even though I didn’t have the product so I couldn’t even cancel the subscription!!!

I dered equipment in late December After my 14 day trial for the app. Yhe equipment arrived 2 months later. There were no instructions as to how to use it. I got no help. I am very unhappy. A total waste of money.

At least give a we code to download the app
