I found the brand through Instagram advertising and it seemed great! I ordered it for a discounted price not realizing I would have to cancel the $200 subscription. The reformer is more difficult than I thought and the videos from the app are not very helpful

The board arrived as expected. It’s great! The app is easy to use. When it said I would get a subscription to the app for a year I wasn’t expecting to have to pay the subscription fee, especially before the “free trial” was up. I also never received the $25 gift card.
