Extremely misleading purchasing process, almost cost me an extra $150 because I almost went through this too fast. Glad i slowed down, but this site does not honor what they offer. The equipment is cheap and the customer service is virtually non-existent, and that is not a pun on the AI Assistant that Flo Pilates insists on using.

Customer Service is practically unresponsive. Their phone number and address are fake. Email responses take several days to arrive and do not resolve the issues. This is a terrible company and I regret ever doing business with them. I am still awaiting two refunds (for the reformer and the app) and it has been over a month.
