Worst shopping ever

I had to use customer support and was very happy with the results!

Not loving it.

Shopping was fine. Just a misunderstanding about having to pay extra for the app (which I haven't used yet).

Terrible with lack of customer service

Not really as what I expected

Still waiting on my equipment order now over a month and when I tried to reach someone at first they told me it was delivered and check my delivery service. At that price that was not what I was expecting. When I wrote back a very lovely person apologized and said the message was sent in error to me and assured me it was in transit and they would stay on top of it. Got a little scary there for a moment. So far all that I order is of great quality and the price was not bad.

It was a good experience.

Hidden subscription

I originally thought that it would be a great addition to get back into a routine. I was looking forward to using it but the flood of emails about the app and then learning that I had to try the app before I got the product was a let down. It was an even larger let down to realize the subscription really wasn't free for the first year.

I don’t use flo Pilates. My wife does. Please stop emailing me

Easy to order and use

This company won’t get back to me and they charged for a full subscription fee when I hadn’t even had a chance to download the app. I want my money back.

I did my best but would not recommend this for Pilates.

Terrible. Equipment broken after only 2 weeks of using. App super glitchy and not user friendly, especially for beginners.

Customer service doesn’t answer or refund you even when they admit the product has issues.

The customer service was very ridgid and unhelpful. There was a lot of false advertising and pre scripted answers. Terrible experience

Customer service was not great. When I finally talked to a real person he sent me an email with bold writing in an inflammatory tone and when I corrected him tried to walk it back like he didn’t mean it that way and only offer me $40 for something they took almost $140 out of my account for.

Fraud app subscription. Horrible customer service and unethical company.

You owe me money, you have promised a refund, I have not received it. I did not order or authorize your app, I will not be using it and have reached out to my lawyer.

I am extremely disappointed that there’s no workout routines that go along with the flow. You have to purchase the app and separately purchase online classes which you’re extremely expensive each month.

You charged me $129 for the free Flo Pilates app, and I had to dispute the charge to get it removed from my credit card account rather than you doing the right thing and honoring the app as free and refunding the charge.

I dislike the sneaky annual subscription that was included in the purchase! I want my money back or at least the portion that has been promised to be returned to me!

I want to return your product completely unopened/unused and nobody has responded to my requests.

Stay away. Take your money and run away.

You are deceiving!

I like the kit. I really didn’t like being charged for additional months of subscriptions without signing up for them.

It would be great to have a tutorial showing how to use the equipment. The workout videos are very impersonal. For the non-athletic person this could lead to injury.

I really like my board but not happy that my 2 week trial of the app started before my stuff arrived and I was charged for the subscription without ever even setting it up
