Is done what cheaply made

I had horrible customer service for 2 months trying to get my refund.

Flo Pilates is supposed to give me my $60 refund which was initiated last April 09 and until now, no refund was done yet. They just give me excuses.

Terrible service. Absolutely awful.

I never used it because the app wouldn't open

for me it was waste of money, sorry!

I have received zero responses from my request for a refund on a product I shouldn't have been charged for let alone had the option to select in the first place.

Could've been better. Between the late delivery from not knowing when the product was going to be available, product feeling flimsy, looking at products to use my credit I had to reach out to get again, then getting the calls, emails, and texts about getting more product.

Difficult tomes after total knee replacement. Too many movements require being on my knee(s). Doesn't slide easily. Knee cushion is far too hard for comfort.

Communication is terrible. There’s so many excuses for why I never received my product and have not gotten a refund in over a month.

Complete scam- your website says you ship within 5-7 days. I place my order April 1st. By April 12 I still hadn’t even gotten a tracking number so I sent an email asking for the order to be canceled. No one responded. On April 13th, I filed a complaint through PayPal. The next day I got a tracking number. I wanted to return- the email I got said shipping would cost me a lot and they would charge me a fee. BS! Plus you can get this exact board in a store for half the price.

Never used did not sign up for app being charged for Want to return unopened

It’s been two months and I still haven’t received the $2500 reformer that they collected for immediately , so I’m not impressed with the company.

I want to cancel your worthless expensive subscription

Good but never figured out my down loads when been nice for a book of moves or a poster.

Very disappointed with shipping. I ordered it at the end of March and had to follow up multiple times to find out where my order was and when I would receive it. Also had an issue with the trial period for the app. Not the best experience.

Not really pilates what they teach.

Package took too long. i had to contact customer service to know what was going on. It was hard to find tge contact information on the website.

I have written to you multiple times about the myriad of problems and upset about this process. You seem to be a company afraid to engage with customers and I have lost all faith in your organization. Its not the quality of the product but the quality of relationships that truly make a company

They weren’t going to ship the mini reformer until I contacted them. It took months to get the reformer and customer service never reached out, I had to do everything.

I love the short workouts. They are easy to squeeze in on a busy schedule. They are quick but effective, fun but challenging.
