I am not able to understand all the prompt words for the different options so have only been using automatic. The directions didn’t have any of the options listed either. This proves to be not user friendly unfortunately. I would like to use all the options when needed to make my experience better.

Please email return label. I can't use a broken unit that you sent.

As I just stated, this device following the directions in the PDFs, will not sit in the proper position on my neck. I have tried numerous times and the electrodes will not touch. The only way I can get it to make contact is if I take a bandanna/towel and wrap it around my neck. In addition to this not fitting properly and seeming to be a one size fit all unit, the audio on the device is garbled and the only word I can make out is acupuncture. Other than that, the sound/words are unrecognizable.

Give me my refund!!

The instructions give do not match what is said on the unit and its very difficult to find the correct Mode. I have not been able to adjust the heat on the unit and its too hot on the right side. I am not happy with the unit and will be returning for a full refund.

I couldn’t wait to get my vitality pro. I truly wanted to get that relief that others spoke of. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me and now I feel like I am getting the run around when trying to return it.

Not pleased with my order. Several items that were included with my purchase were missing. Also the charger cord does not fit into the neck device.

Hoping to get an email or message back with instructions on how to exchange for a new device, I think mine is defective.
