I’d like to receive what I ordered

Great product.

If it continued to work as it did initially..I would have loved it

Better instructions would be good. I have been using this item for 2 weeks or so. The massage work quiet well. It needs charging after every use. OK. Unfortunately, it doesn’t hold the charge. It has to be used straight from charging which isn’t always convenient.

Unresponsive. I was not able to communicate any way other than AI. Problem never resolved, and I never received a refund. Run away as fast as you can from this site.

I waited a while on shipping, was made aware it would take longer since it was arriving from the UK to the US, no problem. Once it arrived, I tried it several times and experienced shocking, extreme tightness and discomfort around my medium to small sized neck. It was very uncomfortable and painful. I couldn't hear the voice prompts because it was so tight on my skin and had to hold it away from my neck to hear what settings it was on.

Fast shipping and the addition of the neck brace with the therapeutic benefits of the magic pro 2.0 is fantastic

There were no instructions on the use of the machine. The metal pads were too hot for my partner to handle

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I don't feel like the stimulator is doing much. When I do feel it, it's almost a shocking/pinching/sharp zapping feeling against my skin. Is there a manual on how you're supposed to place this and wear it properly? I'm old school, and I don't see any paperwork to show how to use this. The instructions on the box are very vague. I'm VERY disappointed. I was REALLY hoping this would work. I need a printed manual.
