I like the product but would have liked better instructions.

All of the three times of probably 20 or 30 times I really liked the effect. It just does not work.

The Magic Pro 2 is portable and easily taken with you. It works great on every setting but I find that I feel it better if I put some gel on the contacts. My son took mine so I've ordered a second one for me. I haven't received it yet

In order to feel the effect I had to put it on the highest setting and at that setting it was intolerable and I have used other TENS at physical therapy I do tolerate high settings but this was painfully difficult to tolerate. I gave it a week and a half to give it a chance to acclimate. It never did . I would return it if I had return info.

The products definitely work! I downloaded Messenger because I had questions about the various settings on the EMS but got no response. The website didn't have any FAQs and I couldn't download the e-books, so any problems or questions go unsolved or unanswered.

No instructions. Device doesn’t even touch parts of my neck it should be touching. This thing is a joke.

I really dislike all of the products I would not recommend ordering them. They don’t really work like they say the vitality pro thing didn’t sit on my neck correctly and I couldn’t adjust it to make it fit right so it would actually come in contact with my skin, so therefore, I couldn’t reap the benefits.

Can you make child size versions to fit petite ladies?
