Took too long to receive. Did not like the feel of the product.

The company service was good. Shipping saw slow once the carrier had it but it did make it and packaged well. It could have been damaged after so long in transit but was well protected.

It would be better if it had a remote control and send out a stronger message pulse

They are customer service is terrible. I’ve been trying to return the item for over almost 2 weeks and I’m getting the runaround with stupid emails. You could return it. Keep it we’ll give you 10% but will send you a light therapy. OK we’ll send you the RMA spend a week still never got it.

Please give me proper procedure to return this item.

I wish it were a massager, not easy. Had i known, I wouldn't have ordered it. Sorry to gave inconvenienced you. Also, there were no concrete instructions in the box, which I a essential for seniors.

Unusable, no instructions

Had to keep track of where my items was being shipped.. contacted company few times and asked to cancel and miraculously they found my package. Took over 2 weeks to get the product with no instructions

The QR code led to a message that said Get Started then NOTHING. I received no access to any other resources, no books. The massager is nice.

Still undecided on this one, they are very responsive though.

It doesn't stay charged long enough for a treatment, it shuts down about 12 to 15 min. Has to be recharged for 2 hours. Not usable for me. Would like to return for full refund.
