Order took much longer than quoted on order. Unit appears to be poor quality and the plates do not sit correctly on neck.

I’m hoping I get response from them? Because there were no directions in the box to follow. Like a cheat, cheat or something.? of each mode and what to put it on. Website doesn’t tell me that.

Won't refund money even though I have asked several times. SCAMMERS DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Update 4/2/2026 still waiting for refund. First email 12/12/25 told waiting for label to be printed. 2 months later still waiting for label to be printed. Must have run out of ink....SCAMMERS.

This is the real deal and you save $100 to $150 going to Chiropractic doctors for similar treatments.
