You were responsive to my request for assistance at first, and then you weren’t. I still do not have an operational unit that I paid for and purchased additional warranty for.

Hard to communicate with, I emailed several times and got no response. The products are in general lacking enough information and instructions.

I had to wait over a month to get my product and then it doesn't work. Trying to get a refund back for it.

This company is a scam. Cheap/broken products. Horrible customer service. Lives to gaslight customers in keeping product when they request refund. Absolutely do not recommend. SCAM.

Not sure I like the machine yet. One side heats up the other side doesn’t and all it does is zap me like a tens unit and if I turn it down I don’t feel anything at all.

How do i stop the subscription?

The miracle balm didn’t seem to help. The devise has given me more flexibility in my stiff neck.

It's ok. If I press it into my neck it helps more, but in general it isn't strong enough and I thought that there would be options to change settings. Instead it just runs through a preset program. I've been using it twice a day and the effect is minimal. My main reason for this purchase was the vagus nerve stimulation and I have no idea if it is doing anything.

I have been trying to return this item for a refund for three weeks and support is not offering information to provide return and refund.

Took over 3 weeks and not even worth buying

Don't promote a product that does not deliver what you are selling. Vulnerable people get to lose money they worked hard for. This gadget is expensive!
