It came and it works. May have to be patient. Even if it says delayed a few days it might be more than that. But it's worth it. It is a tens unit that gives off heat I will admit that. But it is worth it

Still fighting to get my satisfaction guaranteed! Constantly emailing waiting on a return label and the rep says he is watching for it diligently working to get this done! 🤬 this has been going on for over 2 months! Never had such a horrible experience with sending something back!

Poor return policy

It took three weeks to receive my items. The neck brace is too big. I can't sleep with the pillow. I do not notice any affects of the balm. And the neck massager is so weak I can only feel it on level 16. I can only use it on one mode. The only item I feel is worth the purchase is the heating pad. So I spent $122 on ONE useful item.

Pillow is decent but the price is hefty for the main apparatus to not operate .

The shipping took a very, very long time only to be disappointed once it finally did.

Took a long time to get. It did not arrive with any written instructions and had to figure it out on my own. I’m not crazy about the “voice” associated with the control buttons.

Never received shipment! Customer service representative was responsive once notified that order not received, however I still am waiting for the reshipment!
