I mean it's it's it's good sense of what it does, but if it was actually do it, but it just feels like there's not enough power and has very little. It can barely fill it like I said I wish you know it seems like a good idea I don't see no problem with that. Just gotta get a little bit more horsepower out of the thing to make it work around your neck so maybe for soft people I don't know.

Bought with high hopes it would give some sort of relief but only the first use of the neck unit as okay. The neck unit does not change well. The functions are weird and cannot hear what it is saying to you. If you move while using or setting up device you get a huge zap and friendly at all. The neck brace is the only thing that was helpful in anyway and for what I paid for all this only the $10 item is the only worth item to be used. I am really disappointed

Neck massager doesn't work and customer service does not respond.

It doesn't fit . Ok. I had it on the wrong way , I thought the small pads went against my neck . I just wish I had some directions , no information came with it except the QRcode.
