I did not like the quality of the product . I thought it would be better made & also tour it would have like a massage feel to it... its more like a tens unit. & had a heat mode which i do not like...my chiropractor tells me never use heat i need to use ice.

Purchasing both products was no problem & received both within 2 weeks.

Product does not work in any way. It got here late. Just another scam from china

I contacted vitality multiple times to tell them that my machine was not working on one side.Although they did help me try to brainstorm how to work it at the end of the day, they just kept telling me to send videos.So they could help me brainstorm, something that was essentially defective.

I did not receive all the items during shipping. Although they were free items the neck support brace never came
