There are certain things I ado not like

No happy

I just want to return it and am having such an issue

The red light device didn’t work at all. The vagus nerve simulator is okay, but doesn’t fit right on my neck for the hands-free I was expecting. I have to hold it in place to feel anything

There’s minimal information sent with your product The phone number does not go through Email took several days for response and my fault I accidentally deleted your response I will try again

Could not get it to work in a way that would give me any relief.

No massage or any other modes other than the last one “automatic” mode I think is what it says. The massager doesn’t work, don’t know what the other modes are supposed to do but only the heat plates are working and the ems. Not as advertised.

I didn't know what to expect from the order as many times the gadgets one gets off of Facebook may be just that! I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is well made and works very well to provide stimulation to my neck and has helped with the constant neck pain I've had for years. I have used it daily since I received it and would recommend it for those who have stiff neck problems and tight muscles in the back of the neck.
