Shipping took a little bit longer than expected

I did not receive the 2 books

Even the neck brace is not comfortable and the LED Red lights seem to be quite warm even in the initial setting. I would like to speak with customer service.

Fake, scam! Bogus email and website. Product didn't work and no way to contact anyone other than an email to the support address - no reply!

I never got the book.

I was hesitant buying from an ad on Instagram. Often the ads are scams. The process to get the item made no sense, but I did receive it. That was what made the purchase process difficult. Also, there was no working phone number. That led to suspiciousness. This was validated by Google AI as signs of a scam.

Long delays

There was no instructions with the device. And I had to write in to find out how to work it. Not good!

All around great product and company.

My order went through smoothly and even though it took a while to be delivered it was expected as there was a long distance for the package to travel

i really don't think it worked, all it did was get hot on any setting.

I bought this for my neck but my husband has a back injury from his time in combat. I was so happy it was helping my neck he used it on his back and slept like a baby. First time in a long time. I still have not received the book…

I have emailed several times wanting to return and not received a reply.

I think you have some very good product designs. In my opinion they must be made a little bigger. I would love to them if you decide to make them larger please let me know

Ok, shipped on time and I like 2 out of 3 products. Haven’t used them enough to judge how well they work in the long run but so far, I like them.

Just didn’t like it…

Took way too long to receive. Download links wouldn’t open. Received NO instructions as to how to use or explanation of modes & levels. Cannot understand voice announcing levels and modes. Only 1 level of heat which is too hot.

Just would Like my refund. Sent back to appropriate address to get my refund.

I had to wait almost a month after I ordered from Vitality before I received the ITEM Magic Pro 2.0 Then It Was Defective and I requested a Return Address & Information to Return ITEM for a REFUND And I Am Being Given The Run Around for my RETURN AND REFUND!!!

Way too many emails, even weeks after the delivery. Dud not come with ANY instructions on how to use/clean/charge. One is left Trying to interpret a blurry robotic voice.. No clear invoicing with matching vendor name Through Facebook on Paypal.

I can not use the machine it gives me a headache.

It's easy to use and I am not stuck to a chair while it functions.

The neck unit hardly does anything and runs down and has to be charged way too quickly! How can I get my money back?

Horrible product

The shopping experience was fine. Delivery was a little slow, but you did keep me informed about the status of the delivery, which I appreciated. The product seems to be high quality. Just need to know how to use it properly. Also, can the neck be made a little bigger? I feel like it is strangling me.

I did not get any information about my order like how to use it, what the different modes do, what level to start out with, what the neck brace is for, what the miracle balm is used for, ect!
