Had to wait for it to be imported, took awhile., 2 Bottom sections for top of shoulders area don't feel much of anything. Not sure if defected or you made it that way

Everything is ok

I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks but my neck feels so much better. Using it twice a day.

From ordering to receiving the product in have had no issues. Have not needed to contact customer service.

Some of the modes do not work well

The placed order at 3rd February and till today not received yet while I paid the cost

Initially, very attentive and informative re shipping etc. The shipping was delayed because it had to be shipped from the UK. Customer service was responsive initially, but then tapered off to the point of ignoring my requests for help.

Product did more harm than good. I felt worse after using it.

Did not understand good enough so ordered 2 items.

Took a long time to receive. The massager doesn't fit comfortably for me. Did not receive my booklets.

Delivery days under device is not good. You say you can deliver in 3 to 4 days. I was waiting two weeks and may be a little more. This is not good when you say a delivery date it should be a delivery date.

I’ve sent a text and received a reply back. I’ve tried the suggestions but it’s not for me.

If you enjoy being scammed by a Chinese AI company, then I highly recommend working with Vitality.

works wonderfully but I do find the heat a bit too hot...other than that it works great...

I will only know my experience with Vitality when and if I receive a satisfactory reply to my last question and response.

I still haven't received the product after 2 months of ordering it, and I have no one to ask about it. I consider this a scam.
